Outdoor Patio With Lawn Regrade

Our client just finished their new build and wanted to add in an outdoor kitchen. We began by bringing in fill material to elevate the grade of the area, ensuring proper drainage and stability. Next, we formed and poured a 25x35 concrete pad. After the concrete set, we regraded the surrounding lawn and followed by laying down hay and seeding to promote healthy grass growth.
