Scope of Work:
Phase 1: This customer requested a pad installation for their hot tub delivery. After assessing the site, we had raised the grade by 2.5 feet and poured a 17x17 pad. We also regraded the lawn and added topsoil. While there, the customer asked us to replace their sidewalk, so we removed the old one and poured a new 35x4 sidewalk. Additionally, we replaced their crushed gutter drains with Schedule 40 drains to prevent future issues.
Phase 2: We’ve removed an old stone sidewalk and replaced it with a newly poured one.
Phase 3: For the final phase of our Honesdale, PA job, we removed around 15 trees, cleared the stumps, raised the existing grade by about 16 inches, and installed underground utilities for the garage pad. We also put in a new driveway encircling the garage pad for easier access and poured a 40x32 concrete pad.
